Manual box of gear shifting
Assembly of a box of gear shifting (check point) is placed in a cast aluminum case, pribolchenny to the left end face of the engine. The structure of assembly includes mechanisms actually transmissions, and also differential of the main transfer.
Rotation is transferred from a cranked shaft of the engine through coupling assembly to the primary shaft of RKPP equipped with extended and equipped shlitsa with the pin which is passed in a nave of a frictional disk of coupling. Primary shaft of a box rotates in not folding ball-bearings placed in the tight case. From primary shaft rotation is transferred to a secondary shaft of the box which right end is passed in the roller bearing, and left - in the ball-bearing of tight execution. The target end of a secondary shaft of a box is entered into gearing with a koronchaty conducted gear wheel of the main transfer rigidly connected to a box of differential and placed in it by planetary assembly. From lateral gear wheels of differential rotation is transferred to power shafts and further - on leading forward wheels of the car. Gear wheels of satellites freely rotate on the axis that provides possibility of rotation of driving wheels of the car with various speed, completely eliminating with that probability of pro-slipping of an internal wheel during commission of maneuvers.
Primary and secondary shaft of a transmission are located in parallel each other, and also parallel to a cranked shaft and power shafts of the leading bridge. In view of feature of a configuration of a gear wheel of both shaft constantly are in gearing with each other. In the neutral provision of a gear wheel rotate on secondary to a shaft freely, without transferring a torque to a conducted gear wheel of the main transfer.
Gear shifting is carried out by means of the salon of a control lever of RKPP established on a floor and a drive of the mechanism of a choice of transfers. The drive of the mechanism of a choice of transfers consists of a set of forks of switching by means of which sliding couplings of synchronizers move along a shaft, carrying out blocking of gear wheels of the corresponding transfers with the naves. As naves of sliding couplings are equipped with the shlitsa entered into gearing with shlitsa of a secondary shaft, the gear wheel blocked on a nave starts to rotate together with shaft, providing a further drive with the corresponding transfer relation. For a guarantee of speed and quality of gear shifting in a box synchronization of all forward transfers is provided.
