1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

2. On models with the coal adsorber established in an impellent compartment execute the following procedures:
   a) To Otboltita clamping level of fastening of the battery;
   b) Give two top bolts and the bottom nut of fastening of an assembly bracket of a coal adsorber to the body panel;
   c) Disconnect from an adsorber and its electromagnetic valve hoses and electroconducting;
   d) Accurately shift adsorber assembly aside, having released space for radiator removal.

3. Release collars and disconnect from a radiator the top and bottom hoses.
4. At the corresponding complete set disconnect electroconducting from the thermosensitive sensor switch of the fan of system of the cooling, established assembly on a radiator.

5. Wring out two clamps, located on the top corners of a radiator, then incline a radiator back for the purpose of ensuring access to two connected to the right bottom corner of assembly to hoses.

6. Release collars and disconnect the remained hoses.
7. Take a radiator from an impellent compartment.

1. If the suspicion in violation of passableness of a radiator became the reason of removal, it is necessary to make its obratnopotochny washing (address to Head Routine maintenance). By means of a soft brush (do not cut about edges of plates fingers) or the compressed air (do not forget to put on goggles) clean gaps between plates of the heat exchanger of a radiator.

Remember that fragile plates of the heat exchanger of a radiator at careless handling can be easily damaged!

2. In case of need at car repair shop it is possible to make "line" check of a radiator on existence of blocking of internal channels.
3. Repair of the radiator which has lost tightness should be carried out only in the conditions of a specialized workshop.
4. In an extreme situation of leakage of cooling liquid from a radiator it is possible to suspend by means of special hermetic without radiator extraction from the car (see instructions on hermetic application).
5. Before sending a radiator in repair, disconnect from it all hoses and remove the thermosensitive sensor switch of the fan.
6. Check a condition of rubber pillows of support of a radiator. In case of need make replacement.
