Models of early years of release without a hydroactive suspension bracket
|
This procedure belongs only to models of early years of the release, not equipped locking valve preventing lowering of the car in the bottom situation at switching off of the engine. |
|
1. Sbrasyvaniye of pressure in the main accumulator and a hydraulic contour of forward brakes is carried out by means of the special gate on a pressure regulator. The gate is established on assembly of the main accumulator in a forward part of an impellent compartment. |
|
2. Release the gate on one complete revolution, - the hissing testifying to return to the tank being under the pressure of hydraulic liquid should be heard.

Do not turn out the gate completely: it is equipped from below with a ball which is easy for losing! |
3. Sbrasyvaniye of pressure in a back brake contour and a hydraulic contour of a back suspension bracket is carried out by means of suspension bracket control lever in height (pressure in the main accumulator should be already dumped). 4. Transfer in suspension bracket control lever in height to the situation "Minimum" and wait complete lowering of a body of the car.

Models of late years of release with a hydroactive suspension bracket
|
Performance described below procedure is made at the working engine. In principle hydraulic pressure can be dumped and at the muffled engine, however, the special equipment which can be got only in firm Citroёn company service center for this purpose is required. |
|
1. Make sure that spuskny the gate of a regulator of pressure is completely closed (see item 1). 2. At the working engine transfer a control lever the provision of a suspension bracket to the situation "Minimum". 3. Without suppressing the engine, wait final lowering of a body.

Do not touch a steering wheel! |
4. When the car will fall to the bottom situation, muffle the engine and turn out spuskny the regulator gate (see subsection "Models of early years of release without a hydroactive suspension bracket", item 2).

Pressure forcing
|
1. Strongly tighten spuskny the gate, then transfer a control lever the provision of a suspension bracket to the situation "Maximum". 2. Start the engine and wait, while the body will rise in the top situation. Check serviceability of functioning of the proof-reader, having carried out a control lever through all systems of situation provided by a design. |

Filling
|
1. In usual conditions filling of system is made automatically at engine start, however, in certain cases it is necessary to make filling of the pump of a high pressure manually (see further). 2. Make sure that spuskny the gate of a regulator of pressure is weakened (see subsection "Models of early years of release without a hydroactive suspension bracket", item 1). |
3. Disconnect a hose of a high pressure from the top part of the tank of hydraulic liquid. |

4. Fill in hydraulic LHM liquid directly in a hose. 5. Start the engine. 6. Connect a hose as soon as liquid level will fall in it. 7. After pump filling several times release and again tighten spuskny the gate of a regulator of pressure for the purpose of removal from a path of system of air jams. 8. Transfer a control lever the provision of a suspension bracket to the situation "Maximum", then modify liquid level in the tank. |

1. Dump pressure in hydraulic system (see. General information and precautionary measures). 2. Before an otpuskaniye carefully wipe shtutserny knot and surfaces adjoining to it. 3. If the whole section of the hydraulic line is subject to removal, liberate a tube from intermediate clamps and arms. Try not to braid and not too strongly to bend a tube if it unequivocally not is replaced. 4. Right after a tube detachment закупорьте open unions for the purpose of minimization of risk of hit in dirt system. 5. For a guarantee of tightness of shtutserny connection at line installation on the car it is necessary to adhere to certain rules (see further). 6. Carefully wipe reception port of shtutserny knot, a hydraulic tube, a cap shtutserny nut and a rubber sealant. Slightly grease components of shtutserny knot with hydraulic LHM liquid. 7. Put on a rubber sealant a tube so that the end of the last was slightly put out outside. |
8. Connect a tube, having entered its acting end in reception port of shtutserny knot. Track completeness of landing of a rubber sealant. Make sure that the end of a tube settles down on the center of reception port. |

9. Holding a tube motionlessly, screw a cap shtutserny nut. Do not tighten a nut with excessive effort. 10. In summary, check reliability of fixing of a tube in intermediate clamps and arms. The tube should not rub about adjacent surfaces at all! 11. Lift pressure in system, in case of need make pump filling (see. General information and precautionary measures). 12. Check level of hydraulic liquid, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment (address to Head Routine maintenance). |
