General information


Receiver cross-section

Receivers allow to support operational characteristics of system at the set level and in a condition to provide fast giving these at a big expense of capacity, avoiding regular opening/closing of the valve of adjustment of pressure. Receivers are made of a tin and have a sphere form (see an illustration a receiver Cross-section). Inside the receiver is divided by a rubber membrane into two chambers one of which is filled with the gas which was under pressure, another is connected to a regulator of pressure and hydraulic liquid contains. The membrane is equipped with a plastic cuff. When the liquid chamber of a receiver is empty, gas influences a membrane at walls of the chamber and the cuff is involved. The working volume of a receiver makes 400 cm 3, calibration pressure equals the 62nd bar (see. Specifications).

Removal

The suitable tape key and new sealant be required.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Dump pressure in hydraulic system (see. General information and precautionary measures).

2. By means of a tape key weaken receiver fastening to hydraulic assembly of the corresponding rack. Receivers have a being self-pressurized design, however, it is necessary to prepare for collecting a certain amount of spilled liquid. At once закупорьте the opened openings of a hydraulic path.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Grease a contact surface of a receiver and establish it on the regular place (do not forget to replace a sealant). By hand tighten a receiver.
2. Check level of hydraulic liquid in the tank, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment (address to Head Routine maintenance).
