Removal, major maintenance and installation of the valve of management

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. On models with a left foreign steering remove the tank of hydraulic liquid (see. Head Uniform hydraulic system) and arm of its fastening.
2. On some models for the purpose of ensuring access to the valve it is necessary to remove some stirring components, including a cover of a head of cylinders.
3. Try to remember an order of connection and a route of laying of the hydraulic lines brought to klapanny assembly.

4. Release shtutserny sockets and disconnect from klapanny assembly hydraulic tubes. Prepare for collecting spilled liquid. At once закупорьте the open ends of tubes and unions for the purpose of minimization of losses of liquid and in order to avoid hit in dirt system.

5. Turn out bolts of fastening of the valve.
6. Release the fixing coupling of klapanny assembly.
7. Release fixing collars and disconnect from the valve two hydraulic hoses.

At assembly shlangovy collars are subject to replacement without fail.

8. Take assembly of the valve of management from an impellent compartment.

Major maintenance

Performance of regenerative repair of the failed valve of management is possible only with application of a firm remnabor of the Citroёn company. Track correctness of installation of each of components. New laying and a sealant before installation grease with pure hydraulic liquid. For the rest follow instructions of manufacturers. Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Connect to klapanny assembly hydraulic hoses and fix them on the unions new collars.
2. Connect to the valve hydraulic tubes (do not forget to replace sealing washers of shtutserny sockets). Do not tighten sockets at this stage. Track correctness of connection of hydraulic lines.
3. Get klapanny assembly on the regular place in an impellent compartment of the car and tighten the coupling of its fastening.
4. Screw two fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort.
5. Make sure of correctness of laying of hydraulic lines and strongly tighten shtutserny sockets.
6. Establish components acting in film for the purpose of ensuring access.
7. On models with a left foreign steering establish into place the tank of hydraulic liquid with a fixing arm (see. Head Uniform hydraulic system).
8. Pump over hydraulic system (see. Pumping of hydraulic system).
