Removal and installation of components of Bosch Motronic 5.1 system
Fuel highway and injection injectors

Before making the decision on replacement of a faulty injector, test on it any of widespread now special cleaners. |
|
1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. |
2. Disconnect a vacuum tube from a pressure regulator, then give a nut of a fixing bolt. |
|
3. Remove a fixing level on the fuel highway of a plait of electroconducting and hoses. |
|
4. Without forgetting about the preventions made in the section of Sbrasyvaniye of pressure in a power supply system, weaken fixing collars and disconnect hoses of giving and fuel return from the fuel highway. At assembly it is necessary to replace factory collars of braided type more practical screw or worm. |

5. Wring out lock uvulas and disunite sockets of electroconducting of four injectors of injection. 6. Give fixing bolts and nuts and accurately remove assembly of the fuel highway with injectors from the inlet pipeline. Take the removed assembly from the car. Remove sealing rings from end faces of all injectors (at assembly they are subject to replacement without fail). 7. Remove a lock ring (and) and take the corresponding injector (ы) from the fuel highway. Remove the top sealing ring (ы) from each of the removed injectors. All sealing rings at assembly are subject to replacement! 8. Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments: a) Do not forget to establish on unions of acting in film injectors new sealing rings; b) For simplification of landing of injectors it is necessary to grease their sealing rings with pure impellent oil slightly; c) In summary the engine should be started and checked on existence of signs of leakages of fuel. |

Regulator of pressure of fuel
|
1. Disconnect from a regulator a vacuum tube. Pay attention that access to a regulator at not removed fuel highway is extremely limited. In case of need address to materials of the previous subsection and remove the highway. 2. Impose a regulator with rags to exclude disorder of fuel, then remove a lock ring and take a regulator from the fuel highway. 3. Installation is made upside-down. Previously check a condition of sealing laying of a regulator, in case of need make replacement. |

Potentiometer of an axis of a butterfly valve
|
1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. 2. Release a clamp and disunite the socket of electroconducting of a potentiometer. 3. Turn out two fixing screws and remove a potentiometer from a butterfly valve axis. 4. Installation is made upside-down. Track correctness of installation of a potentiometer on an axis of a zaslonka and behind reliability of fixing of the socket of electroconducting. |

Electronic control unit (ECU)
ECU is placed in the plastic box fixed on a mudguard of the right forward wheel.

1. For removal of ECU it is necessary to disconnect a negative wire from the battery. 2. Remove from a box a cover, then take a fixing clamp and disunite the socket of electroconducting of ECU. 3. Take ECU from the box. 4. In case of need turn out fixing screws and remove a box from a mudguard. 5. Installation is made upside-down. Track reliability of fixing of the electric socket. |

Valve of additional air
The valve is established from the back party of the inlet pipeline.

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. 2. Wring out a clamp and disunite the socket of electroconducting of the valve. 3. Release fixing collars and disconnect from the valve of additional air both vacuum a hose. 4. Take the valve from a rubber support and remove it from the regular place. 5. Installation is made upside-down. Previously check a condition of a rubber support of the valve. In case of need make replacement. |

The sensor of absolute pressure in the inlet pipeline (MAR)
The MAR sensor is in the right part of an impellent compartment and is fixed on a wing podzor.

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. 2. Give a fixing nut and liberate the sensor from the body panel. 3. Disconnect the sensor from electroconducting and a vacuum hose and remove it from the car. 4. Installation is made upside-down. |

The sensor of temperature of soaked-up air (IAT)
The IAT sensor will screw in the top part of a casing of an air purifier.

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. 2. Disconnect from the sensor electroconducting, then remove it from the car. 3. Installation is made upside-down. |

Sensor of provision of a cranked shaft
The sensor is established in a forward part of a dome of transmission.
|
1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. 2. Walk on electroconducting back from the sensor to the contact socket. Disconnect sensor electroconducting from the main plait. 3. Having hooked, take the rubber plug through passage, then give a fixing bolt and remove the sensor from transmission. 4. Installation is made upside-down. Track reliability of fixing of the plug through passage and durability of a tightening of fixture. |

Block of the relay of system of injection of fuel
The block of the relay is established on a basic plate of ECU fixed on a mudguard of the right forward wheel.

1. Remove ECU (see above subsection "Electronic control unit (ECU)"). 2. Disconnect electroconducting and remove the relay block from a basic plate. 3. Installation is made upside-down. Track reliability of fixing of the block on a plate. |
