Removal and installation of switches

Before starting removal of any switch do not forget to disconnect a negative wire from the battery! |
Switch ignition/lock of blocking of a steering column

The combined podrulevy switches
|
|
|
1. Remove a steering wheel (address to Head the Running gear and a steering).
2. Remove casings of a steering column (address to Head the Body and salon furnish).

3. Turn out two screws of fastening of the podrulevy switch. |
|
|
4. Disunite the contact socket (ы) in a back part of the switch and take assembly from a casing. |
|
|
5. Installation is made upside-down. The description of procedure of installation of a steering wheel is provided in Head the Running gear and a steering. |

Switches of remote control by radio tape recorder functioning
Assembly of switches is built in in a steering wheel.
Keyboard switches of the dashboard
The switches established in the central part of the dashboard
|
|
|
1. Having accurately hooked, liberate from the dashboard an ashtray, then turn out two fixing screws in the lower part of facing of control panels heater and radio tape recorder functioning and, hooking a small screw-driver, remove facing. |
|
|
2. On models with the central arrangement of a radio tape recorder on the dashboard turn out two fixing screws and take radio tape recorder assembly from the landing nest, disconnect from a back part of assembly electroconducting and an antenna cable. |
|
3. Turn out four screws and take from the dashboard a radio tape recorder casing. In case of need liberate from clamps on a casing electroconducting and an antenna cable. |
|
|
4. On the models equipped with the central ware shelf in the dashboard, turn out four fixing screws and remove the shelf.
5. Through an opening under installation of a radio tape recorder reach clamps of fastening of switches.
6. Release clamps and вытолкните switches from the dashboard (outside).
7. Installation is made upside-down. Track correctness of connection and reliability of fastening of contact sockets of electroconducting. |

The bottom switches established from the driver's party of the dashboard
|
|
|
1. Remove casings of a steering column (address to Head the Body and salon furnish).
2. Open a cover of the assembly block of safety locks for the purpose of ensuring access to the bottom party of angular finishing section of the dashboard from the driver's party of the car. |
|
3. Turn out the top and bottom screws of fastening of angular section, delay furnish on itself and disconnect from it (or from switches) electroconducting. Try to remember adjusting position of contact sockets. Remove finishing section. |
|
|
4. In a back part of finishing section release clamps of fastening of switches and вытолкните them from the panel outside.
5. Installation is made upside-down. Track correctness of connection and reliability of fastening of contact sockets. |

The top switches established from the driver's party of the dashboard
Switches are built in in the panel of furnish established directly under an instrument guard.

|
1. Act, as it is described in subsection "The bottom switches established from the driver's party of the dashboard", subitem 1 — 3.
2. Release clamps from the back party of finishing section and вытолкните switches from the panel outside.
3. Installation is made upside-down. Track correctness of connection and reliability of fastening of contact sockets. |

Switch of high-speed modes of functioning of the fan of a heater
The switch is built in the control panel by functioning of a heater and is not subject to replacement in an individual order. The description of procedure of dismantle of the panel is provided in the Head of System of cooling, heating.

1. Liberate a small ware box / the finishing panel of switches from the central console of the car. |
|
2. Take from the console the panel of switches and disconnect from it electroconducting. |
|
|
3. To Vytolknita switches from the panel outside.
4. Installation is made upside-down. |
|
Door switches
Switches of management of functioning of the electric drive of window regulators
|
|
|
1. Turn out the screw located from below on back edge of the panel of facing of the door handle. |
|
2. Having accurately hooked, remove facing of the handle and disconnect the electroconducting brought to assembly of switches. |
|
|
3. Take the metal clamp located from the back party of a basic plate and remove assembly of switches. |
|
|
4. Release clamps and вытолкните switches from assembly outside. |
|
|
5. Installation is made upside-down. For fastening of a basic plate of assembly of switches use a new metal clamp. |
|
Switch of adjustment of provision of rear-view mirrors
|
|
|
1. Execute the procedures described in subsection "Switches of management of functioning of the electric drive of window regulators", subitem 1 — 2.
2. Now it is necessary will separate the basic panel of the switch from facing of the internal handle of a door.
3. Two panels are connected by plastic clamps which can be broken off or drilled.
4. After division of basic panels вытолкните the switch from assembly outside.
5. Installation is made upside-down. For fastening of panels use new clamps. |

Switches of illumination of salon
The switches established in door pillars

1. Open a door and remove from the door switch a rubber protective cover.
2. Turn out the switch and liberate it from a rack. Disconnect the electroconducting brought to the switch and remove assembly from the car.

Glue electroconducting by an adhesive tape, let's fail thereby to it in a rack. |
3. Installation is made upside-down. Track reliability of landing on the switch of a protective cover.

Ceiling switches
Switches are built in lamps and in an individual order are not delivered.
Switch of illumination of a ware box
|
|
|
1. Open a cover of a ware box, then release a lock uvula in a back part of a cover and completely lower the last. |
|
2. Having hooked, liberate the switch of illumination of a box and disconnect from it electroconducting. |
|
|
3. Installation is made upside-down. |
|
Sensor switch of illumination of a luggage compartment
Inclusion of illumination of a luggage compartment is carried out at the command of the sensor switch sensitive to an inclination which has been built in at a door of a back of the car.

|
1. Open a back door, turn out fixing screws, release clamps and remove the panel of an internal upholstery. |
|
2. Turn out screws of fastening of the sensor switch to a door, remove a lock washer. |
|
|
3. Disconnect electroconducting and remove the sensor switch.
4. Installation is made upside-down. Track connection to the sensor switch of a wire of grounding. |

Switches of mate lighting
These switches are built in in the corresponding lamps and in an individual order are not delivered.
Sensor switch of a control lamp of raising of the parking brake
|
|
|
1. Remove the central console (address to Head the Body and salon furnish). |
|
2. Having hooked, liberate the sensor switch from a basic arm in a back part of a control lever of the parking brake, disconnect electroconducting. |
|
|
3. Installation is made upside-down. |
|
Rheostat of management of intensity of illumination of devices
|
|
|
1. Having hooked, liberate a rheostat from the bottom casing of a steering column, disconnect electroconducting.
2. Connect electroconducting and latch a rheostat back in a casing. |
|
Stem switch of management of functioning темпостата
|
|
|
1. Remove a steering wheel (address to Head the Running gear and a steering).
2. Remove casings of a steering column (address to Head the Body and salon furnish).
3. Walk on electroconducting back from the switch and disunite its contact socket.
4. Turn out fixing screws and remove switch assembly from a steering column.
5. Installation is made upside-down. |
