Removal and installation of external lighting and alarm devices

Before starting removal of lighting devices, do not forget to disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

Head block headlights

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the forward index of turn from the corresponding board of the car (see below) and a forward lattice (address to Head the Body and salon furnish). 2. Turn out two top fixing screws and one bottom.
3. Remove block headlight assembly from the car (the top bolts are shown by shooters).
4. Disconnect the electroconducting brought to assembly.
5. In case of need the lens can be removed from a headlight: a) Accurately hooking a screw-driver, release clamps of fastening of edges of a lens. At assembly clamps are subject to replacement without fail;
b) Carefully remove a lens from a block headlight. Try not to touch with fingers a surface of a mirror of a reflector; c) Remove and will throw out sealing laying; d) Clean an adjusting flute in a casing of a block headlight and plant in it new sealing laying;
e) Plant on ledges along the edges of a lens new fixing clamps, then press a lens to a casing of assembly of a block headlight and in strictly certain order latch clamps.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down. At the first possibility make check / correction of installation of optical axes of block headlights.

Forward indexes of turns

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Open a cowl.
2. From the interior of a wing release a fixing clamp and вытолкните outside assembly of the index of turn (the arrow showed a fixing clamp).
3. Disconnect electroconducting and remove index assembly from the car.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down. Track reliability of a zashchelkivaniye of a clamp.

Lateral repeaters of forward indexes of turn

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Shift repeater assembly forward and liberate it from the body panel of the car.
2. Disconnect electroconducting and remove repeater assembly.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down.

Forward fog lights

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Pull facing of assembly of a fog light forward before the click confirming an otpuskaniye of clamps.
2. Push a screw-driver in the top corner of a ventilating opening in a spoiler and wring out a clamp of fastening of assembly of a fog light.
3. Having pulled on itself, liberate assembly of a fog light from the landing nest (the arrow showed a fixing clamp).
4. Disconnect it from a spoiler (the arrow showed a lock uvula).
5. Disconnect electroconducting and remove assembly of a fog light from the car.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made upside-down. Before filling assembly in a spoiler, make sure that its facing is shifted in the forward (released) situation. First of all fill in a spoiler the lock uvula located from external edge of a headlight.
2. Having planted assembly aflush with a spoiler surface, fix it a clamp.

Adjustment

Adjustment of an optical axis of a fog light is made by means of the special screw located from the interior of assembly. The screw turns a screw-driver with a crosswise sting which should be passed in the central groove in a spoiler.

Built in at a back door the back combined lamps

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Open a back door. 2. Release a clamp and remove a folding cover from the back party of lantern assembly. 3. Disconnect electroconducting from a back part of a lampoderzhatel, then release two fixing clamps and remove a lampoderzhatel.
4. Having hooked a screw-driver, release an internal clamp.
5. Then pull lantern assembly outside and release two remained external clamps.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down.

The back combined lamps built in in wings

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. In a luggage compartment of the car give a fixing nut and remove from a wing assembly of the back combined lamp.

Lamps of illumination of registration plate

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Having accurately hooked a screw-driver, liberate assembly of a lamp of illumination of registration plate from the panel of a door of a back.
2. Disconnect electroconducting and remove lamp assembly from the car.
