1. Uncover heads of cylinders (see. Removal and installation of a cover of a head of cylinders).
2. Remove a camshaft cogwheel (see. Removal and installation of cogwheels of a belt of a drive of GRM).

3. Covers of bearings should be consistently numbered, in the direction from a flywheel. In the absence of factory identification labels put them independently by means of a marker. Put also a label on a pipeline wall.

4. In stages evenly weaken nuts of fastening of covers and remove the last from a head of cylinders.
5. Accurately take from a head of cylinders a camshaft and remove from its lobby (from a gas-distributing belt) pins an epiploon. At assembly the epiploon is subject to replacement without fail.
6. Prepare eight numbered plastic bags, then by means of a rubber sucker serially take from a head pushers of valves, at once stacking them in as appropriate numbered packages. At assembly pushers should be established strictly on the former places. Not observance of this requirement conducts to essential reduction of service life of components of the klapanny mechanism. In case of need remove from end faces of cores of valves adjusting washers and combine them in packages with the corresponding pushers. Remember that washer often подлипают to pushers, - try not to drop them in the course of extraction of the last.

1. Check a condition of bearing necks and working surfaces of cams of a camshaft. In case of identification of signs of wear, furrows or deep scratches, replace a shaft. Check also a condition of bearing surfaces in beds of covers and heads of cylinders. In case of detection of serious defects it is necessary to replace a head also.
2. Check working surfaces of pushers contacting to cams on existence of scratches and signs of excessive wear. Defective pushers replace. In case of identification of serious damages check also a condition of working ledges of the corresponding cams of a camshaft. In case of need make replacement of defective components.

1. At the corresponding complete set establish on end faces of cores of the valves adjusting washers of pushers. In order to avoid violation of installation of klapanny gaps (see. Check and adjustment of klapanny gaps) washers should be established strictly on the former places.
2. Properly grease pushers and their landing nests in a head of cylinders. Accurately fill pushers in the former nests. Track perpendicularity of landing of pushers in a head.
3. Grease necks and camshaft cams with pure impellent oil.
4. Temporarily plant on a forward pin of a shaft a cogwheel and achieve drilling combination in it with a reciprocal opening in a head body (see. Fixing cranked / distributive shaft and TNVD for the purpose of prevention of casual hit of valves in contact to pistons in the course of performance of procedures of service of the car) - cams of a drive of valves of the fourth cylinder should appear are developed by working ledges up. Remove a wheel and accurately get a camshaft in a head of cylinders (watch that cams of the 4th cylinder remained the developed liftings up). Make sure available on the place of the core blocking a cranked shaft (see. Fixing cranked / distributive shaft and TNVD for the purpose of prevention of casual hit of valves in contact to pistons in the course of performance of procedures of service of the car).
5. Watching correctness of an arrangement of marking, establish a cover of the central bearing, screw fixing nuts and tighten them on two-three turns.

6. Grease with hermetic the surfaces of covers of trailer bearings noted on an accompanying illustration, then establish them on the regular places according to identification and landing marking. On two-three turns tighten fixing nuts.

7. In stages evenly tighten nuts of fastening of covers with demanded effort.

8. By Shchup of lezviyny type measure size axial люфта a camshaft and compare result of measurement to requirements of Specifications. If the size люфта falls outside the limits an admissible range, it is necessary to make replacement of a camshaft and/or a head of cylinders. To measure size люфта push a shaft in any of the parties against the stop and shchupy measure size of the gap formed between persistent surfaces and a cover of the central bearing and the cam next to it.

9. If replacement of a camshaft was not made, and violation of installation of klapanny gaps did not take place, pass to performance of the procedure described in the following paragraph. Otherwise, make adjustment of gaps (see. Check and adjustment of klapanny gaps). Pay attention that as the gas-distributing belt an obligatory order former remains removed, the cranked shaft should be developed surely on a turn quarter in any of the parties for its conclusion from situation VMT for the purpose of prevention of contact of valves with pistons at a camshaft provorachivaniye. Take blocking flywheel a core (see. Fixing cranked / distributive shaft and TNVD for the purpose of prevention of casual hit of valves in contact to pistons in the course of performance of procedures of service of the car) also throw off a gas-distributing belt from TNVD cogwheel in order to avoid a provorachivaniye of the last at rotation of a cranked shaft.
10. Grease sponges of a new epiploon with pure impellent oil and plant it on a forward pin of a camshaft (sponges inside). Plant an epiploon aflush with a surface of a cover of the bearing.
11. If the cranked shaft was developed on a turn quarter (see item 9), return it to position VMT of pistons 1 and 4 of cylinders. At all do not turn a shaft more than on 1/4 turns as in this case in situation VMT there will be pistons of the 2nd and 3rd cylinders and there will be a blow of valves about the bottoms of pistons.
12. Return into place blocking flywheel a core.
13. Establish a camshaft cogwheel (see. Removal and installation of cogwheels of a belt of a drive of GRM).
14. Establish a cover of a head of cylinders (see. Removal and installation of a cover of a head of cylinders).
