1. In any case it is necessary to prepare to that at arm removal the engine will bend back.
2. Release clamps and take aside all disturbing to arm removal hoses and electric wires (it is necessary to release from similar elements as assembly of a support of the power unit, and the top support of a suspension bracket).

3. Turn out two fixing bolts and remove the bent fixing plate established in the top part of a support.

4. For the purpose of ensuring access to a nut of fastening of an arm take from support assembly the rubber buffer.

5. Give three nuts of fastening of an arm to a support and one nut of its fastening to a body element. Remove an arm.

1. Remove an arm of fastening of a support to a body (see above), then remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units.
2. If yet did not do it, prop up the power unit a telezhechny jack. For distribution of loading lay between the pallet of a case and a jack head wooden whetstone.
3. If used for engine posting the winch, disconnect an elevating rigging from the right eye of the engine - the last fastens to an arm of a support of the power unit.
4. Turn out two fixing bolts and remove an arm of a support of the power unit.
5. Achieve combination of blocking openings (see. Fixing cranked / distributive shaft and TNVD for the purpose of prevention of casual hit of valves in contact to pistons in the course of performance of procedures of service of the car) also fix camshaft and TNVD cogwheels, and also a flywheel. At all do not allow a provorachivaniye of the blocked engine.
6. Release an axial nut and an adjusting bolt of a natyazhitel and develop a support of the last counter-clockwise so that the adjusting bolt appeared in the middle of a directing groove. Tighten a bolt, having fixed a natyazhitel in new situation. In case of need use for deployment of a natyazhitel by a 10-millimetric drive to a face key which is entered into a special square opening in an arm.
7. Mark with an arrow the initial direction of rotation of a gas-distributing belt and throw off the last from the cogwheels.
8. Now it is necessary to prepare the adaptation for fixing of a plunzher of a natyazhitel in an arm of a support of the power unit.

9. The Citroёn company the special firm tool entered into two bottom boltovy openings in an arm of a support is issued. Equivalent replacement to such blokirator can be made of as appropriate bent metal plate and pair of 10-millimetric bolts with nuts.

10. Turn out two bottom bolts of fastening of an arm of a support and establish in the released openings a firm or self-made blokirator (see also illustration the Forward end face of the power unit) which internal surface it is necessary to grease with dense greasing in order to avoid damage of a plunzher. Give an axial nut and an adjusting bolt and remove assembly of a natyazhitel.

11. Turn out two remained bolts of fastening of an arm of a support and remove the last from the unit.
12. Drown a plunzher in a support arm, then remove a blokirator and take a plunzher and a spring.
