1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. On models with the D9B engine without a turbo-supercharging remove an air distributor casing. In case of need remove also inlet air line and disconnect a ventilating tube from a jellied mouth of impellent oil (see appropriate sections of the present Chapter).
3. Disconnect a gas cable from TNVD (see. Removal, installation and adjustment of a cable of gas). Liberate a cable from intermediate clamps and shift it aside where it will not disturb pipeline/collector removal.
4. On the models equipped with system of a retsirkulyatsiya of fulfilled gases (EGR), disconnect ventilating hoses from stream and retsirkulyatsiya valves. Release nuts and bolts of fastening of each of valves to the pipeline and a collector remove klapanny assembly from the engine. Remove sealing laying.
5. On models with a turbo-supercharging release fixing collars and disconnect air hoses from an air line connecting a turbokompressor to a branch pipe of an air purifier. Liberate an air branch pipe from the inlet |
