Methods of check of installation of the moments of injection of fuel
This check is not among routine and need for it can arise only after TNVD dismantle.
The special device for check of dynamic adjustments of the moments of injection of fuel is issued, however possibility of its acquisition in private use by the average amateur mechanic is extremely improbable. In a basis of a principle of functioning of the device transformation of pulsations of pressure in tubes of nozzles in electric impulses (for the more details see instruction of manufacturers) is necessary.
The check of installation of the static moment of injection described in the present Chapter (see. Removal and installation of assembly of a toplivozabornik with the fuel consumption sensor) at accurate performance of all procedures allows to receive not less reliable information. The tsiferblatny measuring instrument of plunzherny type with a set of probes and the nozzles corresponding to type established on TNVD car (see an illustration further) is required. Before the work beginning attentively familiarize with the instructions stated in the following section.
