Removal and installation of hydraulic blocks of a back suspension bracket

For an otvorachivaniye from the hydraulic block of a spherical receiver the tape key is required. At installation of a receiver new sealing laying is required. Worn-out sealing elements of shtutserny sockets of hydraulic tubes also are subject to replacement.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Dump pressure in hydraulic system (see. Head Uniform hydraulic system).
2. To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props. Remove the corresponding back wheel.
3. Get under spuskny the gate of a regulator of pressure suitable drain capacity. By an otzhimaniye up the longitudinal lever of a suspension bracket extort from the hydraulic block the greatest possible amount of liquid.
4. By means of a tape key weaken landing of a spherical receiver, then turn out it from assembly of the hydraulic block.
5. Disconnect from the hydraulic block a tube of supply of liquid. At once закупорьте the open ends of a tube and the shtutserny socket in order to avoid hit in dirt system.
6. Remove a spring clamp from a connecting bar of a suspension bracket (see an illustration Components of the hydraulic block of a back suspension bracket).
7. Remove a spring clamp of fastening of the hydraulic block.
8. Remove the hydraulic block from assembly of the back bridge and disconnect from it returnable hydraulic and ventilating tubes.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Connect to the hydraulic block returnable and ventilating tubes and get assembly on the regular place. Track, that tubes did not appear are jammed.
2. Fix the hydraulic block a spring clamp.
3. Establish into place a clamp of a connecting bar of a suspension bracket.
4. Connect to the hydraulic block a tube of supply of liquid. At the corresponding complete set replace a sealing element of the shtutserny socket.
5. Grease a contact surface of a spherical receiver and establish it on the hydraulic block (do not forget to replace sealing laying).
6. Establish into place a wheel, then lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel bolts with demanded effort.
7. Tighten spuskny the gate of a hydraulic regulator of pressure and transfer a control lever a suspension bracket to the situation "Maximum".
8. Start the engine and examine all disconnected and acting in film components on existence of signs of leaks.
9. Check level of hydraulic liquid, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment (address to Head Routine maintenance).
