Removal and installation of a cover of a head of cylinders

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Release fixing collars and disconnect from the right first line of a cover of a head of cylinders ventilating hoses. The firm collars of braided type established at manufacturer should be cut off and at assembly to replace more practical screw or worm.
3. Release a collar and disconnect from a forward wall of a cover of a head of cylinders connecting air purifier with the throttle case an air inlet sleeve. Also disconnect an air inlet brought to the left edge of a cover.
4. Release two clamps, then turn out two located in front of fixing the screw and remove from a cover of a head of cylinders an air purifier cover. Take filtering element and put it aside together with an air purifier cover.
5. In stages evenly weaken ten fixing nuts and uncover heads of cylinders.
6. Remove also sealing laying of a cover. Attentively study a laying condition, in case of detection of mechanical defects or signs of aging of a material make replacement.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Carefully smooth out and wipe interfaced surfaces of a head of cylinders and its cover, having completely removed from them oil traces. 2. Lay rubber sealing laying in a flute on a head of cylinders, having tracked correctness of its landing on all length.
3. Grease with suitable hermetic of a cover of bearings since both ends of a camshaft in places of their joining with an interfaced surface of a cover of a head of cylinders.
4. Accurately, trying not to displace laying, lay a cover of a head of cylinders on the engine.
5. Having made sure that laying is not displaced, screw fixing nuts and in stages evenly tighten them in a demanded order with the set effort.
6. Establish into place filtering element and an air purifier cover. Strongly tighten fixing screws and latch clamps. 7. Connect to a cover of a head of cylinders ventilating hoses and air sleeves and reliably fix them fixing collars. 8. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
