1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Prop up back wheels protivootkatny boots, then поддомкратьте the car and establish it on props.
3. Merge impellent oil (address to Head Routine maintenance), then wipe a drain stopper, return it on the regular place and strongly tighten. If will make oil replacement, replace also oil filter.
4. At the corresponding complete set disconnect electroconducting from the case of the sensor of temperature of impellent oil screwed in the pallet.
5. Shift aside the accumulator of a regulator of pressure and remove a driving belt (address to Head Routine maintenance).
6. On the models which have not been equipped To/in, отболтите the hydraulic pump of a high pressure with a maslozaborny tube. A wire tie up pump assembly aside, without disconnecting from it hydraulic lines. Also remove the generator (see. Start and charge systems) and отболтите an arm of its fastening from a wall of the pallet of a case.
7. On models with To/in with established on a pallet wall the compressor отболтите the last also shift it aside. Tie up compressor assembly to body elements, trying not to allow tension of refrigerator lines.

At all do not disconnect the line of a refrigerator path (see preventions in the Head of System of cooling, heating)!

8. On models with To/in отболтите a plate of the bottom cover of transmission.
9. In stages weaken and remove all bolts of fastening of the pallet of a crater of the engine. As bolts of the pallet have various length, take them serially and at once pass in the corresponding openings of template in advance made of a cardboard.
10. To Obstuchita the pallet on perimeter a palm for the purpose of destruction of a layer of hermetic. Separate the pallet from a case of the engine and take it from under the car. At the corresponding complete set remove sealing laying. Laying is not subject to a reuse and should be replaced without fail. Having used a case, check a condition and passableness of the mesh filter of a maslozabornik of the oil pump. In case of need remove the pump (see. Removal, check of a condition and installation of the oil pump) also clean, or replace the filter.
11. On some models between a flange of the pallet and the basis of a case the big remote plate is established. In this case it is necessary to turn out two fixing screws, located on a diagonal of a plate and to remove the last from the block. Try to remember the adjusting provision of a plate.

1. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of the pallet of a case and the block of cylinders, then pure rags wipe internal walls of cavities of the pallet and the engine.

2. If between the pallet and the basis of a case the remote plate is provided, carefully smooth out its surface interfaced to the engine and put on it a thin layer of suitable hermetic (see further).

3. Press a plate to the block to cylinders/case of the engine and strongly tighten fixing screws.

4. On models where the pallet of a case is established without laying, track, that interfaced surfaces were absolutely pure and dry. Put on a surface of a flange of the pallet a thin layer of hermetic.
5. If laying is provided, track, that from interfaced surfaces traces of a material of old laying were completely removed, then carefully wipe surfaces the rags moistened in acetone. Lay new laying to a surface of a flange of the pallet, for temporary fixing having planted it on pair of dabs of dense greasing.
6. Press the pallet to the basis of the block of cylinders/case of the engine. Screw fixing bolts (everyone on the former place) and in stages evenly tighten them with demanded effort.
7. On To/in models establish into place a plate of the bottom cover of transmission and strongly tighten bolts of its fastening. Fix the compressor on a pallet wall, having tightened with demanded effort bolts.
8. On models without To/in establish into place an assembly bracket of the generator, the generator and assembly of the hydraulic pump of a high pressure with a tube.
9. Establish a driving belt of auxiliary units (address to Head Routine maintenance) and the accumulator of a regulator of pressure.
10. At the corresponding complete set connect electroconducting to the sensor of temperature of impellent oil.
11. Lower the car on the earth and fill in in it impellent oil (address to Head Routine maintenance).
12. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
