1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Achieve combination of openings for blocking of cranked and distributive shaft and pass in them metal cores of the corresponding diameter (see. Fixing cranked/distributive shaft for the purpose of prevention casual in the course of performance of procedures of service of the car). At all do not allow attempts of a provorachivaniye of the engine after introduction of blocking cores.

1. Remove the top cover of a gas-distributing belt (see. Removal and installation of covers of a gas-distributing belt).
2. Weaken a bolt of fastening of a roller of a natyazhitel of a gas-distributing belt. Having passed in a special opening in a roller nave a key of square section, develop a roller clockwise and fix it in this situation, again having tightened a fixing bolt.
3. Take a blocking core from drilling in a camshaft cogwheel. Throw off a gas-distributing belt from a cogwheel. Try not to allow an excessive peregibaniye and a perekruchivaniye of a tape of a belt.

4. Release a bolt of fastening of a cogwheel of a camshaft and remove it together a washer. Not to allow a shaft provorachivaniye during a bolt otdavaniye, it is necessary to block a cogwheel by means of special bifurcate capture. In the absence of near at hand firm capture, it is possible to make the suitable adaptation independently of two pieces of a steel strip and three bolts with nuts. One boltovy pair will serve as the fork axis, two others are used for fastening of the ends by the last to a cogwheel. Do not try to release at all a fixing bolt, having fixed a shaft by core introduction in a blocking opening of a cogwheel as it is described in the section Fixing cranked/distributive in bulk for the purpose of prevention casual in the course of performance of procedures of service of the car!

5. Having turned out a fixing bolt, remove a cogwheel from a shaft pin. Freely filled landing pin should be taken from a back end face of a wheel and to clean in a reliable place. At once check the epiploon of a camshaft located under a wheel on existence of signs of development of leaks. In case of need make replacement of a defective epiploon (see. Epiploon replacement (ов) camshaft).

1. Remove the top, central and/or bottom covers of a gas-distributing belt (see. Removal and installation of covers of a gas-distributing belt).
2. Weaken a bolt of fastening of a roller of a natyazhitel of a gas-distributing belt. Having passed in a special opening in a roller nave a key of square section, develop a roller clockwise and fix it in this situation, again having tightened a fixing bolt.
3. Throw off a gas-distributing belt from a cogwheel, then remove the last from a pin of a cranked shaft. Take from a pin freely planted segment shponka and clean it in a reliable place. At the corresponding complete set remove from a pin also remote plug.
4. Check the epiploon of a shaft located under a cogwheel on existence of signs of development of leaks, in case of need make replacement (see. Replacement of epiploons of a cranked shaft).

1. Remove top and, at the corresponding complete set, central covers of a gas-distributing belt (see. Removal and installation of covers of a gas-distributing belt).
2. Weaken a bolt of fastening of a roller of a natyazhitel and remove the last from the basic hairpin. Check serviceability of a condition of a hairpin, in case of need make replacement.

1. Carefully clear surfaces of cogwheels and attentively examine them. In case of identification of signs of non-uniform wear of teeths, cracks and other mechanical damages replace a defective wheel.
2. Without application of solvents (in order to avoid greasing washing away from the bearing) clear assembly of a natyazhitel. Check freedom of rotation of a roller on a basis plate. In case of identification of the slightest signs of wear or mechanical damages replace defective assembly.

1. If took, establish on the place in a back end face of a cogwheel a landing pin. Put on a wheel a camshaft pin, having tracked pin hit in a reciprocal groove in a shaft end face.

2. Screw a fixing bolt (do not forget about a washer) and tighten it with demanded effort. For shaft fixing in the course of a tightening of a bolt use bifurcate capture.

3. Achieve drilling combination in a cogwheel with a reciprocal opening in a head of cylinders and pass in them a blocking core of the corresponding diameter (see. Fixing cranked/distributive shaft for the purpose of prevention casual in the course of performance of procedures of service of the car). Make sure that the core blocking a cranked shaft, also is on the regular place.
4. Throw a cogwheel with a gas-distributing belt. Track, that forward "run" of a belt appeared will pull, and all weak point gathered on the party of an arrangement of a natyazhitel. Try not to bend and not to overwind a belt tape excessively. Make sure of correctness of landing of teeths of a belt on all wheels.
5. The correct image having arranged a belt on cogwheels, make adjustment of its tension (see. A belt of a drive of GRM - the general information, removal and installation).
6. In summary establish into place forward covers (see. Removal and installation of covers of a gas-distributing belt).

1. At the corresponding complete set put on a pin of a cranked shaft the remote plug. Try not to damage an epiploon. Establish in a groove on a pin a segment shponka.
2. Having achieved groove combination in a nave with a shponka, plant a cogwheel on a pin.
3. Make sure available on the place of the core blocking a camshaft (see. Fixing cranked/distributive shaft for the purpose of prevention casual in the course of performance of procedures of service of the car). Temporarily establish into place a pulley of a cranked shaft and achieve combination of its blocking drilling with a reciprocal opening in the block (the core of the corresponding diameter should pass freely in both openings - see in the same place).
4. Remove a pulley and throw with a gas-distributing belt a cogwheel of a cranked shaft. Track, that forward "run" of a belt appeared will pull, and all weak point gathered on the party of an arrangement of a natyazhitel. Try not to bend and not to overwind a belt tape excessively. Make sure of correctness of landing of teeths of a belt on all wheels.
5. Make a belt tension (see. A belt of a drive of GRM - the general information, removal and installation).
6. Remove a pulley of a cranked shaft and establish into place a forward cover (and) (see. Removal and installation of covers of a gas-distributing belt).
7. Finalize into place a pulley of a cranked shaft (see. Removal and installation of a pulley of a cranked shaft) also connect a negative wire to the battery.

1. Put on a roller of a natyazhitel the basic hairpin and fix it a bolt.
2. Track, that forward "run" of a belt appeared will pull, and all weak point gathered on the party of an arrangement of a natyazhitel. Make sure of correctness of landing of teeths of a belt on all wheels. Develop a roller of a natyazhitel counter-clockwise, having completely chosen a belt weak point. Tighten a fixing nut.
3. Make a belt tension (see. A belt of a drive of GRM - the general information, removal and installation).
4. Establish into place a forward cover (and) (see. Removal and installation of covers of a gas-distributing belt).
