Removal and installation of seat belts

Try to remember adjusting provisions of various washers and the remote plugs used in anchor knots of fastening of belts.

Seat belts of forward seats

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Having accurately hooked, remove the decorative panel from external edge of a forward seat. Delay the panel forward, then submit it to a door and remove from a seat. 2. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the bottom anchor of a belt to a seat frame.
3. Having hooked, uncover the top anchor bolt of a belt on the central body rack.
4. In the lower part of the central rack turn out two screws of fastening of the panel of its furnish. Pull together from edges of the panel sealing strips, then remove the panel from a rack.
5. Turn out a fixing bolt and remove from a rack the top anchor assembly of a belt.
6. Turn out a bolt of fastening of an inertial drum of the returnable device and remove seat belt assembly from the car.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down. Track correctness of installation of washers and remote plugs of anchor knots and durability of a tightening of fixture.

Stem holders of buckles of forward seat belts (model without natyazhitel of belts)

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn out fixing screws / release clamps and remove the lateral panel of furnish of a seat.
2. The holder fastens a bolt to a seat frame. Under a head of a bolt the washer (do not forget about it) is enclosed.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down. Track durability of a tightening of fixture.

Stem holders of buckles of forward seat belts (model with natyazhitel of belts)

On the models equipped with system of a pretightness of forward seat belts it is necessary to perform a small preparatory work:
   a) Take the ignition key;
   b) Disconnect a negative wire from the battery and wait about 10 minutes;
   c) Disunite the contact socket of electroconducting of the device of a pretightness (sockets are painted in orange color and are located under seats).

Do not undertake attempts of diagnosing of blocks of a pretightness of belts. Remember that giving of any power supply (including a current developed by the internal power supply of an ohmmeter) leads to operation of mechanisms of the device of a pretightness. Besides, operation of devices occurs also at a warming up of assemblies to temperature above 100°С.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The holder is built in the mechanism of a natyazhitel of a seat belt. 2. Turn out fixing screws / release holders and remove the lateral panel of furnish of a seat. 3. Liberate electroconducting of a natyazhitel from clamps on the bottom party of a seat.
4. Weaken the forward screw of fastening of a natyazhitel. 5. Turn out a back fixing bolt. A — the Forward screw B — the Back bolt
6. Remove the mechanism of a natyazhitel from a seat.

Try not to touch with hands a buckle or a cable, - hold a natyazhitel for the case.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments:
a) Before installation of a natyazhitel make sure that the storage battery is disconnected, and ignition is switched off;
b) Try not to touch a seat belt buckle at the first inclusion of ignition.

Lateral seat belts of a back seat

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Open a door of a back and a back door of the car from the relevant party of the car. Remove sealing strips in edges of the panel of internal furnish of back lateral section of a body.
2. Hooking the panel of internal furnish of a back rack liberate it from clamps and remove (pay attention that the panel is latched in persistent section of the back shelf).
3. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the top anchor knot of a seat belt to a back rack. 4. Combine forward a seat pillow for the purpose of ensuring access to the bottom anchor bolt of a belt. Turn out a bolt.
5. Having hooked, liberate window facing under a seat belt from the lateral panel of internal furnish of salon, then pass through the panel the top and bottom anchor knots of a belt.
6. To Otboltita an inertial drum of the returnable device also remove seat belt assembly from the car.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down. Track correctness of installation of washers and remote plugs of anchor knots and behind durability of a tightening of fixture.

Central seat belt of a back seat

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Assembly simply приболчена to the panel of a floor of the car, - lift a seat pillow.

Electronic control unit of natyazhitel of forward seat belts

Removal

The block is located under the central console.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery and wait not less than 10 minutes. 2. Remove the central console (see. Removal and installation of the central console). 3. Disunite contact sockets of electroconducting. Try to remember routes of laying of plaits.
4. Give four fixing nuts and remove the control unit from a basic arm.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down. Track correctness of laying of electroconducting and reliability of fastening of contact sockets before connecting the storage battery.
